Happy Saturday!

The first full week of school is behind us and curriculum content is well underway!

This year, Ms. Sliva and Mr. Leftin are really trying to continue building our band program; please see below for some more info regarding the band.

Our 7th Annual Back to School BBQ was a huge success! Despite our temporarily limited space, our turnout was awesome. Big shoutout to our staff for their hard work and to the PTO and our other community partners for their generous support. Don’t forget to mark your calendars for October 30th and our Fright Night event!

Band Info

On Monday afternoon, Consentino fifth graders attended an instrument demonstration for beginning band. In beginning band, students learn an instrument for the first time. Beginning band is open to fifth and sixth grade students. These students were sent home with sign up forms which are due back Tuesday, September 17th. Forms can be passed into the main office into a bin that says “Band Forms.” A link to an online version of the form can be found here: tinyurl.com/HaverhillBand24 
 
Beginning band will begin the last week of September. This is a great opportunity and we hope you consider joining the band. Please email Ms. Sliva at lauren.sliva@haverhill-ps with any questions.
