Hello Families,

The final weeks of school will continue to emphasize strong academic content and instruction. With the school year spanning 180 days, we aim to ensure that this time is valuable for our students. We appreciate your ongoing commitment to and support of education. Over the last few weeks, students will focus on final assessments while also previewing next year's learning and laying the groundwork for next year's curriculum.  It is essential for our partnership and students' education to maintain strong daily attendance.

As a reminder, the cell phone rule will remain in place through the end of the year.  Students’ phones must remain in their backpacks or lockers.  If students don't want to leave their phones in their lockers and don’t bring a backpack, they may leave their phones in the front office.  If a student has their cell phone on their person, a parent will be called to pick it up, and consequences will be issued for the student.  Also, please do not drop off students in the parking lot in front of the school.  Walking between the buses is very dangerous.  Parent drop-off is on the side of the building next to Silver Hill.

The Consentino School Promotion Ceremony and Dance will take place on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, from 5:30 - 9:00 in the gymnasium. The ceremony will be followed by a dinner and dance for the 8th-grade students only.  The cost of the dinner and dance following the Promotion Ceremony is $10 per student. Cash or check, payable to Consentino Middle School, should be returned to homeroom teachers with the permission slip given to the students by June 6, 2025.

The Promotion ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 and will include a short address by the Principal, two student speeches, and then the presentation of the certificates. I do my best to keep the speeches short since it will be hot in the gymnasium.

After School Tutoring

After-school tutoring will run until the week of June 8-12. Grade 5 will finish on Tuesday, June 9, and grades 7 and 8 will finish on June 11. This is the day of the Canobie trip, but we will be here for any of the tutoring students who are not attending the field trip.
